Week 1 EOC; Great Customer Experience







     Having great customer service is more than how well you care for the customer it is more about how far they will go to make the customer happy and providing there absolute best and making the customer feel good about there self. In our textbooks on Marketing An Introduction on page 5. It says and I quote ''customer relationships and value are especially important in today's tough economic times, when more frugal consumers are cutting back and spending more carefully''.Two  months ago my mom bought a used car at a dealership at Auto Nation. We were looking for a car that didnt cost alot of money and the car had to be in good condition. A sales lady named Myra came up to us she was very nice and she wanted to help us with are search. We buying a 1999 Volvo it was cheap and in good condition. The car looked nice and it was what we we needed. We went to DMV to try and get are Title a month later. We then come to find out that Auto Nation put the wrong address for the title they put half the title address in Maryland and they put the other half in Las Vegas. Auto Nation didn’t take there time and they messed up everything. We went to Auto Nation to resolve this issue that they had made and if they was going to give us the right title. Auto nation said it was are fault and said we should of put the right address and me and my mom knew we put the right address they messed up not us. They told us that there was nothing they could do we would have to wait for the messed up one comes back then we could get another one we was never going to go to Auto Nation Again.
