Implementation Evaluation Control
This is the final part of my plan the evaluation this is were I will need to have different people in different races of people giving me feed back on my product. In the text book it says in " Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong and Philip Kotler (pg153) The consumer arrives at attitudes toward different brands through some evaluation procedure".As you may know most products don't make it to the market because they are to scared someone will shut it down. This is not a issue you can take head by just thinking what you are going to do. I would be the one responsible for any needs the customer may want or need. In the text book it says in " Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong, and Philip Kotler (pg 511 ) Sustainable marketing calls for socially and environmentally responsible action that meet the present needs of consumers and businesses while also preserving or enhancing the ability of future generations to meet their needs". As time goes by I know that I will be making this product not just for this generation. But for the next generation I want them to look back and see that my snack was the one that help the guy find the girl. My product being the one that gets that guy a new raise at the bar for showing people my snack. This is a Idea generation that is used in are textbook "Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong, and Philip Kotler (pg245) Ideal generation is the system search for new-product ideas". You have now reach my final step in my marketing plan I hope you will enjoy my snack. I know that this will be a great help for men in bars everywhere.
Price
Price is the most important thing in my vision if the price is to high no one is going to buy my food. I know that I am going to have to lower my price and by doing that I will also have to change the serving size. As the textbook says "Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong, and Philip Kotler (pg53) The Company can offer greater customer value either by charging lower prices than compeitors". To find the right price to sell my product I had to go to different bars and venues to see how much the charge there food. Most of the prices I saw was ridiculous but then I looked at the actual customer service. They were getting and how they were using it to pick up different people I was really impressed. As the textbook says in "Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong and Philip Kotler (pg54) Customers are interested in more than just price; they are interested in the total costs of obtaining, using, and disposing of a product". I then had no choice but to lower my own price for my product. The serving size went to 6 pieces of the Crab Rangoon and the price is going to $8 I know this is a reasonable price. This will keep my business going and the customers happy.
Promotion
Promotion is the most key part for my product this means that I am going to have to come up with a strategy in order to get my product up and going and for that I will need different types of plans to promote my product. In the textbook it says in Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong; and Philip Kotler (pg 42) '' Each broad marketing strategy must then be defined in great detail. For example increasing the products promotion may require more salespeople, advertising and public relations efforts; if so, both requirements will needed to be spelled out''. Now days people are using social media more then anything I would have to show off my product but not just by social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. I am going to need to do different activities to show off my product and how it would be a good fit for any type of bar and it can be use in any food type situation. In the textbook it says in Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong; and Philip Kotler pg (223) '' These and other service firms establish their positions through traditional marketing mix activities. However, because services differ from tangible products, they often require additional marketing approaches''. I would then get people to try my food in different bars and also let my family try it out since I have a big family they will be the perfect taste testers out there. I would get a spokesperson to talk about how good my food is and also spread the word by using flyers and getting different venues all over the east and west coast. Also get enough money to put my food in a commercial once I get it in a commercial people are going to know about my food and want to try it. In the textbook it says in Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong; and Philip Kotler (pg 11) ''The selling concept takes an inside-out perspective. It starts with factory, focuses on the company's existing products, and calls for heavy selling and promotion to obtain profitable sales. The idea that consumers will not buy enough of the firm's products unless it undertakes a large scale selling and promtion effort''.
Distribution
"Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong, and Philip Kotler (pg) The network made up of the company, suppliers distribution and ultimately, customers who partner with each other to improve the performance of the entire system". I am going to have to network over both the east and west coast. The easy part is getting my Crab Rangoon over to the west coast I already know how I am going to ship it. I am going to have the crab meat package in boxes along with the mix cream cheese. That way it will be much more easier to ship it I am going to have it room temperature. I will put the food in coolers so that it won't go bad this will help out a lot and it will keep my food cold and just enough time to get it to the west coast. I also would have a plan B just in case I can't get it to the west coast then I would have to ship in by boat get close have a drop off point and continue to package in by plane. As the textbook says in "Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong, and Philip Kotler (pg68) marketers must do more than simply adapt to the needs of the target consumers. They also must gain strategic advantage by positioning their offerings strongly against competitors". I am willing to think outside the box to make sure that my product will be bought all over the world
Product
My Product is Crab Rangoon is a different type of product This product will bring couples together and it is a perfect especially in the summer time when people are going to want crabs. I know my product will also bring families together and this
will be the most important part for my product. By doing this I will see how they can handle my product and how there behavior will be after they eat my product. As In the text book it says in "Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong; and Philip Kotler (pg 138) Culture the set of basic values, perceptions, wants, and behaviors learned by the member society from family and other important institutions". It is a spicy product if you love spices foods then this snack is good for you. But I am willing to lower the spice I know some people can't handle the spice. By doing that I understand my consumers who will buy it and the value it will have not just as a product but it will bring people together. It will help me get close relationship with the people. As the textbook says in ''Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong; and Philip Kotler (pg208) Marketing-mix planning begins with building an offering that brings value to target customers. This offering becomes basis upon which the company builds profitable customer service".

Target Market Strategy
My main focus is to get my food in the West coast they just don't know what they are missing. But most importantly I can't forget to let people buy my product on the east coast. Part of the world I am using is Baltimore and I am going to want to expand my product. I would have to watch and observe how my product is doing in different bars and venues. As the textbook says in Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong, and Philip Kotler (pg 12) The Company's marketing strategy outlines which customers the company that will serve and how it will create value customers". I already have it planned out I am going to host different types of events. In the summer where any one can come out and try my product. This will help me to improve my product and give it new taste that no one has ever seen. As the textbook says in "Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong and Philip Kotler the development of original products, product improvements, and new brands through the firm's own product-development efforts. I know that I am going to have people on my staff that I my not like but in the end we will have to work together as a team. When I do this I am going to have to make my prices even lower until people know about my food. My staff is the only ones who would have my back in any situation. As the textbook says in the "Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong and Philip Kotler (pg57) In an increasingly connected world people at all levels of the Marketing system must work together to implement marketing strategies and plans
Situation or Swot Analysis
This is the toughest part for my product to understand my strength and weaknesses about my product. As the textbook says in the Marketing an Introduction 10th Edition by Gary Armstrong, and Philip Kotler (pg55) Swot analysis, by which it evaluates the company's overall strength(S), weaknesses(W), opportunities(O), and theats(T) Strengths include internal capabilities resources, positive situational factors that may serve it's customers and achieve objective . Weaknesses include internal limitations and negative situational factors that may interfere with the company's performance". The toughest part about this has to be my weaknesses my competition is going to use crabs they have here in the West coast. But my strength is having the Blue crab meat on my side and something the west coast does not have. I am going to make sure that my competition will not throw me off my game this is a opportunity of a life time. Getting the best crab rangoon at the right time. I will have no threats to worry about they will be to busy wanting to buy my crab meat.
